Hotel Parador “Boutique Resort”, is

room hotel, has now completed its
final phase with 108 rooms and

“Boutique Resort” has been a hidden

The rooms are tastefully decorated
according to the highest standards,

Garden Rooms

of the Garden rooms is the sight to
the green and colorful gardens that
surround them, and their key
location to main facilities like
swimming pool area, spa and
restaurants. These rooms are
recommended for families with a
small child and for people who want
to be closed to nature.
Jungle Rooms

Bathroom: 1 bathtub, 1 lavatory.
Special features: The Jungle rooms
are more spacious than Garden rooms.
These rooms offer private balconies
and doors to adjacent rooms. The
jungle rooms refresh your senses
with the greenery of the dense
vegtation, and once in a while catch
a glimpse of wildlife swinging
aroundat a distance and birds flying
in the sky. Recommended for families
or friends who wnat to be closed to
each other.
Superior Rooms
(30) Beds: 2 queen size. Bathroom: 1
bathtub, 1 lavatory.
Special features: The newest
addition to Hotel Parador,
inagurated in December 2003. The
three-story building offers
beautiful views of the Pacific
Ocean, which can be enjoyed from the
private balconies. These rooms have
an easy access to the hotel’s
restaurant, boutique, swimming pools
and all of the other hotel
facilities. The rooms are
comfortable and spacious, and
provide all the amenities provided
in a five star hotel. We recommend
these rooms to anyone who wishes
proximity to the pool area and of
course enjoy beautiful views of the
ocean and surrounding rain forest.
Premium rooms

Special features: The Premium rooms
of Hotel Parador Boutique Resort
offers an incredible 180° degree
views of the ocean, islands, and the
jungle. All rooms have large sliding
doors and are carefully decorated
with earthy tones and hues of blue,
blending the natural environment
together with the indoors. Ideal for
couples looking for peace and quiet
while taking in the endless views of
the landscape. The panoramic
elevators afford our guests an
incredible view of the mountains
while making their way to their
rooms (not recommended for
children).
Premium Plus rooms
(2) Beds: 1 King size. Bathroom: 1
bathtub, 2 lavatories.
Special features: The two of a kind
premium plus rooms are everyone’s
dream. This rooms have large wrap
around balconies, where you can sit
for hours gazing at the amazing
views. The balconies have
comfortable lounge chairs and 270°
degree views. This rooms are
recommended for couples or
honneymooners.
Junior suites
(9) Beds: One king. Bathroom:
Jacuzzi, 2 lavatories.
Special features: The Junior suites
have a large seating area with
comfortable leather seating, jacuzzi
for two, kitchenette, private
entrance, and ornate gardens, all
with a view of the rainforest and
the rest of the complex. These rooms
are recommended for people seeking
privacy who demand the very best.
Presidential suite
(1) Three bedrooms, one living room
and dining room.
Bathrooms: One master bathroom with
a jacuzzi and separate shower. Two
bathrooms with one shower.
Special features: The Cristóbal
Colón Presidential Suite, spreads
out over a 172 sq meter (1851 sq ft)
area and is truly one of its kind in
all of Central America. It is
located in the main building, has
direct access to the library,
conference room and the restaurants.
The suite has a main entrance and
three other independent entrances,
one for each of the other rooms. The
master bedroom is directly connected
with the living room and dining
area. The other two bedrooms have
access from the foyer.
Recommended for high profile guests
who want to enjoy their privacy
while avoiding being noticed.
The 350m2 spa facilities adjoining
the adult pool include, a small gym
with state of the art equipment, 5
air conditioned treatments rooms
(one VIP treatment room with
Jacuzzi, 1 individual treatment
room, 1 couple massage treatment
room, manicure & pedicure, wet
treatment room), steam room, Swiss
